It's doing exactly what it was designed to do.
The test subjects for the new system have proven its viability.
The weak ones will be shaken out with volatility.
Those that remain will be co-opted, bought, coerced or manipulated into adopting new frameworks.
The few who remain, will be villainized and pushed to the fringes.
