Implications range from the new judge looking things over and dismissing the case to the new judge continuing Berman's behavior which will likely lead to roadblocks like the defense experts being blocked from testifying in front of the jury, favorable case law examples being blocked from the defense like we just saw in Tornado Cash (see Van Loon), and defense motions getting denied while prosecution gets everything they suggest. As the gatekeeper, the judge really has control over this whole thing so the implications are huge.
