not necessarily. you run commands (top-left there is a command prompt) that spawn windows that are kind of mini apps: reading a nip, viewing a profile or event, running a REQ, etc.
with mini apps you mean a borderless browser?
windows inside the browser if that makes sense. in the screenshot I ran 3 NIP commands with 1, 57, and 75 as arguments and each opened a window with the corresponding NIP. windows are automatically arranged but you can drag, resize, etc. if you use it full screen is kinda like tmux but for nostr.
i guess i have to try it. i love tmux and cli
so the windows are ordered by your tiling window manager?

it's a tiling window manager inside the browser. still needs work before publishing but I'll ping you when it's online!
the NIP repo itself, then NIPs are cached locally.
+1 for image rendering via Kitty graphics protocol.
this is web so it can render images but will be on demand if user opens it. text only for maximum information density and less bandwidth consumption.
