I need software or an excel sheet or something to calculate average cost basis. Whats the solution without sending all that info to a third party like a cloud app or an app company?

Yep, Cost basis. I made a table in an excel-type application. just need to program the formulas for the cells so that it can auto-populate a large portion of it. Work in progress. All manual for now.
