You can't when your're editing an existing list and trying to add a new element to it.

can you send me the link of the list that you're having trouble with, just in case there's something odd going on with that speicifc list.

Works now, thanks. @Yana newest version 0.12.0 now also has support for edition of mute lists and search/blocked relay lists, give it a try. Next step will add custom named sets support.
