The start9 part is mostly single button installs and creating a lightning channel or two (I only have one with boltz). The clearnet part is more involved (https://docs.btcpayserver.org/Deployment/ReverseProxyToTor/) but if you want temporary access to see if you like it I can give it to you through mine easily. Sorry to hear about the restarting issue, that's frustrating.
