As you see in the health tab, we are still getting all of your steps. This is the first time we're running a week long challenge, and didn't come across this in our previous shorter challenges. We're going to push an update to the Zap store shortly that will hopefully fix this bug on the challenge.

Thank you for answering my request. At this point, I've already managed to complete the challenge. I've seen other users experiencing the same error with the total payment count, or the total is stuck. Yesterday, I had no activity in the app.
Before reading your message or response, I tried to help with the problem. In several attempts, individually or in combination, I closed and reopened the app, cleared cache, deleted data, closed and reopened the section, deleted the app, and reinstalled it. I tried everything without any improvement.
As a new and additional detail, I started the section again, and the entire point count and statistics in "Move to Ear" and "Health" have been lost. If this app has a log, public and private key, Nostr should save any progress, records, or averages. I understood Sound HSA is and will always be a layer-2 solution and a wallet.
Fortunately, I saved screenshots. I was active on days 1, 2, and 4 of the challenge; I have met the goal. It's satisfying to know that you will find a solution for my case.
This is my first challenge. It's not just about earning Satoshis. The app is unique. I don't think I've seen anything similar created so far. Please don't miss out on this great and original initiative.

Good morning friends, updating right now. The app has completely crashed. It no longer allows me to log steps in my diary. I normally used the app daily to track steps and also calculate my physical activity and calories regardless of the challenge. Now I can't do anything. How can you help me? I'm waiting for a reply to my previous message. Thank you.
