Who's had a weird day?
Making solid decisions to kind of slow down doing everything with the thought it'd be good for my body but ended up making space for me to feel repressed emotions to come out and really mentally process them. Been really busy working and now the expiration date of production time leaves my mind to heal
Taking time for yourself with intentions is powerful.
