Both, It auto filters so that you just see the inactive users and provides the ability for you to simply select all, or you can select from the list, or unfollow individually.

The interface is superb, but I'm not too sure of the results. There were 141 Dead npubs found, all with zero notes/zaps and no activity "never" - and I know several that I have interactied with in the last week.
