They are not on nostr, it is a bridge from mastodon. So they will most likely not see any of your Posts if they don't actively search for it.

Is it beneficial for us to know what it is? Before you maybe forget it.
Contents are encrypted but contacts are not. From what I understand, they can't see what you're saying but they can see who you're saying it too. Could potentially get banned for affiliation? But that would still be really shit! No freedom in that. E.g. What if you're an innocent journalist trying to contact a person deemed high risk...?
Btw, i'm not 100% sure about what i'm saying here so if anyone know's their policy better, please correct me

Not sure who you are sending emails to and what are the subject lines but it can be seen.

they responded in an instant
they added more people to the conversation to help
they asked me what specific needs I had to support me
I answered at the same moment
now I have my email banned

You might have better luck with Tuta Mail. Everything is end-to-end encrypted there, entire subject line and all parts of contacts/address book.
