in truth, computing has removed a lot of inefficient people and their jobs like trading desks with 500 people were reduced to 3 engineers . this is just the next phase.

Automation is just a euphemism for Goldman Sachs and Jamie Dimon firing 497 useless middlemen.
I think this is an often overlooked aspect of the current economic situation. Tech made a lot of door dash jobs, but eliminated way more jobs.
