my personal favorite is STRK because it solves a problem that I've often thought about for mom-and-pop real estate investors. they own rental properties for both the income and the increase in value of the asset.
the problem is that the real estate value only goes up if it's in a booming city.
the US is littered with rust belt cities that was the flavor of the day in it's time: whether it was the railroad coming though(Atlanta), timber industry(Portland), naval industry (Oakland), helicopter industry (Ithaca, NY), automotive industry.
so STRK is like prime real estate that is located along the interstate highway of bitcoin. and it will always be on that highway, no matter what new technology boom or bust happens.
