I prefer soft, slow dipping or swimming in the snow after sauna. Hot and cold is deadly combination and stimulation that you really get looped and addicted to😅Feels just so good.
Not to mention the meaning of silent moments sitting outside and watching nature after swimming and before another round in sauna. Yeah, that's my ceremony. That's my main medicine❤️🙏
