👀👀 as a (Welsh) Texan 😆, chili is meat...no beans and it's served over Frito's. But this one is sooooo good and low calorie. Will share.

I grew up with red kidney beans being part of chili, but I usually leave them out myself as an adult. I'm more partial to just meat & veggies too. 👍

This is a low-cal instant pot recipe (sub whatever you want, I do 🤷‍♀️), you can cook it on the stove just adjust your liquid to your preference. I use the instant pot because it's easy, I roast my poblanos in the oven.
