At the beginning of the year, I could barely walk half a mile before the pain in my right foot became too much.
Just finished a month of walking almost 2 miles/day. 🎉
This month, I increase my step count by 500 steps to 4,500 steps/day.
Final goal is 10,000 steps/day by December 2026 for our trip to Disney World. 🐭🏰
