Hey Jack. Not sure if it was this episode. But you mentioned cray fish as a good food source. I was thinking of ways I could have cray fish on my and in a sustainable way. But then the thought popped into my head about their body made in part by chiton. Is this a concern with crayfish? I know mushrooms are ok because it's broken down when heated (cooked) And I also heard that insects can't be boiled or cooked to remove the chiton in their exoskeleton. Any thoughts?
