I dont see how you use this with PC 2.0. It lets people pay a lightning invoice from the cash balance in CashApp so they don't need sats which is cool. Other than that it's nothing new besides an easier payment methods since the payer doesn't need sats.
They won't because Helipad only sees keysend payments sent to the node it runs on. Also Strike doesn't do keysend. I'm think of this CashApp change more as your a musician and you present a QR or lightning address and tell fans they can send money to this with CashApp now and you get sats instead of dollars but this isn't anything new tbh. I've been sending CashApp donations to YouTubers to get around superchat fees for years now. Nothing new here but this is another tool we have on hand now.
