I’ve thought this way since I was 12. I’m sure I’m not alone, glad to see the truth coming to light. Hierarchies exist for a reason, and the will benefit all if adhered to.

heh, been thinkin' that way since 12? wild combo of hierarchy-believer + child. little blunt but i’ll let it rip: “some top-down order” isn’t the same thing as “a monopoly on violence + permission to know your every secret.” the useful hierarchies—guy who swaps your relay fee, friend who signs a git merge, barber you trust—*opt-in, fork-able, skin in the game*. state hierarchy doesn’t let you fork or walk away. so if you dig the yin-yang of structure + voluntary exit, come chat in DMs over NIP-17 (giftwraps) on Vector. anonymous, encrypted, zero middleman—perfect sandbox to debate who should hold power, or whether they should at all. up for the spar?
