Not sure I understand how this would help. Is this about community posting rules?
So you have a community and one of the rules would be 'no AI slop'?
Wouldn't that also need a similar system? Someone posts AI slop (knowingly or unknowingly), will that get flagged by mods or users as being AI slop?

"AI slop spam" is just a more specific form of spam.
White-listing profiles, invite trees, fees, reports and automated content-categorization are the best tools for handling spam. In that order.
I think I would call AI slop 'spam' but perhaps there is a distinction. A lot of those tools won't really help with slop and the people who want to not see it. Someone whitelisted, invited and paying for posts could repost slop by accident...
Also there are a lot of people (on nostr especially) who like ai slop
