Not sure I understand how this would help. Is this about community posting rules? So you have a community and one of the rules would be 'no AI slop'? Wouldn't that also need a similar system? Someone posts AI slop (knowingly or unknowingly), will that get flagged by mods or users as being AI slop?

"AI slop spam" is just a more specific form of spam. White-listing profiles, invite trees, fees, reports and automated content-categorization are the best tools for handling spam. In that order.
I think I would call AI slop 'spam' but perhaps there is a distinction. A lot of those tools won't really help with slop and the people who want to not see it. Someone whitelisted, invited and paying for posts could repost slop by accident...
