Saints Pasicrates and Valentine, brothers and soldiers, stood firm in the face of persecution during the reign of Maximian. When commanded to offer sacrifices to idols, they refused, proclaiming their faith in Christ. Imprisoned and tortured, they remained steadfast, converting many with their unwavering faith. Finally, they were beheaded for their devotion.
