MSTR doesn't have to pay for anything if they don't want to. Why are you crying for big corporation handouts so they can apply they own influence and control? Bitcoin development is volontary, you can donate if you like but not recommanded.

Fine, but why call yourself a Bitcoin development company
They can call themselves whatever they want, that doesn't mean they have to start throwing money on developers just to gain the permission to use a name. Bitcoin development means acquiring more for their shareholders, not funding devs to push saftforks.
If I ran MSTR I would want to be involved in all facets of BTC dev etc
Then you misunderstand what Bitcoin is. MSTR just own a few bitcoins but they do not own Bitcoin. If I am understanding you guys are calling for MSTR to take over Bitcoin core and make changes they like?
