Just hit the gym for a 45 minute workout for the first time in few months. It’s my cringe New Year’s resolution to gain 10 lbs of muscle mass this year. Now just to eat 3000 calories and lots of protein 🍽️

I enjoy working out it’s the after effects like fatigue and painful muscle aches.
Actually, I do hate leg day. That’s painful for days after 😂
Eating is the hardest part for me.
What weight are you at to start?
I’m 80kgs ~176 lbs.
Trying to get to 85-90 kgs ~190-200 lbs.
I just feel too skinny for my height.
