You just got done writing that it is the States that declare Jihad because they have authority? You’re saying two different things. And to say that the actions of some that declare Jihad aren’t “recognized by Islam” is nonsensical. There is no elected voice to speak on behalf of Islam to say, “We don’t recognize that Jihad!”. That’s why you refer to the teaching of the Prophet Muhammad. And his teachings are that justice is to be exacted on the infidel by the followers of Islam.
