Just realized I misread this note “Well I'd like to know the actual way to do it as I'm doing the work to get flock and alpr systems ban in my county.” Thought it said “Country” well the only advise I had is the one I already gave, run for governor of your state and help ban them in all counties in your state, run as an America First candidate in order to actually win the votes needed. Or work on the campaign of an individual whose goals align with yours.
