Every hop on a Lightning route knows at least a lower bound on the payment amount going through them. Monero nodes on the network can't see transaction amounts being broadcasted at all.

Yes, it's the same as Confidential Transactions on the Liquid Network. Very cool, actually. 😎
And Bitcoin has a Lightning Network with different trade-offs, while Monero doesn't. 😎
