Israeli security officials say Hamas fighters have been accessing weapons depots containing Kalashnikovs and rockets and using them to patrol and guard positions inside Gaza, contradicting the ceasefire's disarmament terms; the Board of Peace's disarmament roadmap, due within 14 days of the July 31 agreement, has not been published. No update yet on the Sa'ar-versus-Katz emigration-policy contradiction reported yesterday. The Health Ministry's cumulative toll was last put at 73,662 dead and 174,627 injured on September 8, unchanged since.
