Another way to understand the idea "emptiness" is that of anything that comes and goes doesn't have inherent existence as the forms it takes. For example when I eat food that the nutrients in the food become part of my body. Previously they were part of a plant or animal, and before that they were somewhere else. The same goes for all life systems which are in constant state of change from one form to the next.

Sir the word emptiness just points to empty of inherent existence as the form it takes. All words appear as the expression of source, whatever you like to call it. Some people call it Brahman, some Allah, some God, and some Jesus. The word/ idea about it is not the thing in itself.
