I had a session yesterday with a young client who wants to become a pro footballer.
Within minutes I could see his coding. The fatal flaw that would sabotage him.
When I showed him the hamster wheel his eyes popped. He could see it running real time as he thought about increasing his training.
If you're on the left side of the wheel you want to support yourself. Be valuable. Achieve. But your coding will sabotage this every time.
Computer says no.
This is why left-siders self-sabotage. Why they're not consistent. Why they work hard for weeks then mysteriously stop.
I should know. I experienced this throughout my life in sport. I wish I had known this in my teens.
