The biggest good is separating from core. They now can do all the tail emission and shitcoin stuff they want, and all the idiot core worshipers can run their pruned nodes and think they still matter. The hardest money will win eventually.

If that's the biggest advantage, then I prefer the upcoming ecash hard fork, at least we get drivechains, small L1 blocks, and scalability instead of simply partially removing spam
