A wrench attack runs on one assumption: that one person, under enough pressure, can move everything.
Multisig takes that apart.
No single signer can send the funds, so no single person can be forced to. A time-locked key cannot sign yet, so there is nothing in it to take today.
None of this makes you less of a target, but it removes the single point they can break.
