strawmanning a generational conflict in 50 words isn't particularly convincing.
"The world is a harsh place and I'd rather my group do the genocide than be the one that's being genocided"
is an opinion people can have.
At scale that opinion ensures ceaseless warfare and death.
It isn't pragmatism, it's the black pill.
