This is just weird. It might as well be your appendix. I didn't have a say when they removed that at 13 or when I had hernia surgery at 5. If you asked me on any day of my life if this caused me angst, I would say no. If you asked me if I would change things, I would say hell no. Our country is now fascist. I think arguing about foreskin is a weird distraction from the historic destruction of our country.
