It's hilarious and sad to me that often the people who espouse to want to bring mindfulness and consciousness immediately violate that ethic by telling people what to do.
Mindfulness is fostered by giving people voluntary options, in the form of truth they weren't aware of, that enable them to make improved choices for better reasons.
But simply telling people what to do is how masters relate to slaves.
Real leaders relate to other people as intelligent equals.
