Kind of, Iβve posted multiple tools that Iβve built there so Iβm listed in the contributors
Working on a web app store like NostrApps but users post their own apps, can receive zaps for them, and much more! The app reads and writes notes using a format like this, it will be a bit different when released but this way the user controls their app.
Additionally, other users can sign apps they like to promote them and provide authenticity.

Here's a preview, still extremely early. The app loads this from Notes on a certain format, the user signs them themselves and others can sign the apps too. 
The app will probably be made open source and the post format can be replicated by other clients and apps.
