🇮🇹 Visione dall'alto. Oggi voglio condividere un’esperienza recente, vissuta non come coach, ma come coachee/cliente. Durante la sessione, il mio obiettivo era focalizzarmi sulle azioni più importanti da mettere in campo da qui a fine anno. Focalizzarsi su ciò che conta davvero è un tema comune per molti, founder, freelance, CxO, manager, ma in realtà è utile per chiunque voglia ritrovare direzione e chiarezza. Nell’operatività quotidiana, tra velocità, imprevisti e decisioni da prendere, a volte si perde la capacità di vedere la big picture. La metafora che mi è emersa durante la sessione è stata quella di trovarmi in mezzo a una folla: persone vicine e lontane che rappresentavano tutte le attività, le relazioni, le sfide in corso. Da lì, la visibilità era limitata — riuscivo a vedere solo alcune teste davanti a me. Anche saltando per un attimo, potevo intravedere la direzione, ma tornavo subito a perderla. Una sensazione poco piacevole, di mancanza di controllo. Metaforicamente, avevo bisogno di una scala per salire e guardarmi dall’alto, per osservare il percorso fatto nell’ultimo anno e mezzo. Quella sessione è stata proprio la mia scala: mi ha permesso di ritrovare prospettiva, riconnettermi ai miei valori, chiarire le priorità e capire come sfidarmi per raggiungere i risultati che desidero. Al mio fianco c’era un coach che, con ascolto attivo, presenza e domande mirate, mi ha aiutato a trovare la profondità necessaria per scrutare dall’alto. 🦅 Focus. Chiarezza. Valori. Futuro. During the session, my goal was to focus on the most important actions to put in place between now and the end of the year. Focusing on what truly matters is a common challenge for many — founders, freelancers, CxOs, managers — but in reality, it’s useful for anyone who wants to regain direction and clarity. In daily operations, between speed, unexpected events, and constant decisions, we sometimes lose the ability to see the big picture. The metaphor that emerged during the session was that of finding myself in the middle of a crowd: people near and far representing all my ongoing activities, relationships, and challenges. From that point of view, visibility was limited — I could only see a few heads in front of me. Even when jumping for a moment, I could catch a glimpse of the direction, but quickly lost it again. A rather unpleasant feeling — a sense of losing control. Metaphorically, I needed a ladder to climb up and look at myself from above, to observe the path I’ve walked over the past year and a half. That session became my ladder: it allowed me to regain perspective, reconnect with my values, clarify priorities, and understand how to challenge myself to achieve the results I want. By my side was a coach who, through active listening, presence, and powerful questions, helped me reach the depth I needed to look from above. 🦅 Focus. Clarity. Values. Future.
