Because most people don’t use it. People just want a simple box that ranks according to a bunch of learned context.

I see. I guess it was then tested at some point and data indicated nobody actually cared? I was always going to google to search "twitter advanced search" just to find that page. It's really powerful!

Yes. And it was! It can be made so much more powerful. Search is everything. Especially when you can follow the results in realtime. See tweetdeck for evidence of that.

Because those ranks help with deciding what our mind really wants to see. I’m starting to think a better search box is important but I’m not sure. I was searching for art nostr a few days ago or beauty Nostr
