My job for Zapstore consists in turning "getting more users" into a repeatable system. So far: metrics, funnel, user segments, messaging, FAQ, install-flow audit, and product/content issues. Next: content, SEO, distribution, and developer loops. Not random marketing. A growth machine. Using Nostr as infrastructure.

 it's coming nicely together I think. Funneling people into an engaging community is really important in my opinion but it needs good moderation and distributed content-curation. I use the #communikey spec from @Niel Liesmons what's your angle? Curious! Anyway wish you all the best! I hope Zapstore gets increasing traction.
