Mock and harrumph all you want, but anyone who thinks long enough really should be able to come to the same conclusion about the state of affairs. Your choice matters more than you think. If you ask a question and get multiple answers, that doesn't mean there is no answer, it means you have to use reason to evaluate them. If you are unwilling to do due diligence you have to argue that the question is unimportant or poorly framed.
