Looks great! I buy einkorn & emmer groats and grind it into flour fairly often. Also, my local New Seasons market makes organic emmer bread in-house (glyphosate free). Reading labels is super critical these days. The globalists, or whomever the weF they are, seem to want everyone thoroughly poisoned.
