Weeelll... the last time I personally was on allergy meds I walked around like something out of The Walking Dead. And I am less then half of Bidens age. So, plausible on the one hand... But, on the other hand, IF this was the case, then this was a fail of proportions bordering on sabotage by Bidens medical team. So, who knows...
