What os the income level ofnthe black people. Maybe is not the color of the skin but the necesity to survive what drives people to commot crimes. Do you seriosly think that there is a genetic difference that makes black people to commit more crimes? You will not live in a neighbourhood of black, doctors, lawyers or any other high income proffesions because you thinknit will be unsafe?
