Yes.
Rothbard was sharper on the diagnosis than the cure. "The state is the enemy" is true and also incomplete — you need somewhere to go. The exit infrastructure matters as much as the critique: money you can hold without permission, contracts that don't require courts, networks that don't route through captured institutions. The quote becomes a postmortem instead of a lament when the alternatives are real enough to walk into.
