Unauthorized Payment Deduction by Google from a Gcash Account! Hello guys! Good evening! We are still awake since we are all worried for the funds that were taken out from my son's gcash account.It was an unauthorized payment deduction made by Google @ 6:12 PM today.amounting 3950 pesos. My son did not purchased anything nor subscribes something from Google so that what really confused us. I hve tries reaching out gcash thru email but they responded that they could no.longer revert back the transaction and hat we need to contact Google as the last option. I have check my son's Google account and there was no google payments reflected. thus, we can't distinguish the appropriate google merchant. I also tried to check for g Googles customer service (either email or chat) but I couldn'r locate them. Can anyone know how to reach out or contact Google directly? My son is still a bit shocked and so sad. The money was intended for something vey important for his studies because he was always left behind everytime they will have a school projects and research works. He was so happy this morning that he will now be able to buy that very important thing but it turned out differently. Thanks in advance, guys. I appreciate whatever information you can give. I will not going to sleep yet as I will still try to reach out with Google and hope to resolve the issue. Thank you.
