Yes, and also enjoy the small moments of just being, now and then. Which, interestingly, are so much more enjoyable after a big chunk of (meaningful) doing😄
I agree. But imo I think we can only be at peace in those moments of simply being, if our life has a purpose (a 'doing'). People with no purpose that try to just 'be', often find themselves unable to be with their thoughts. Distraction and addiction often ensue!

100%. The vast majority of people seem to do best by having something meaningful/purposeful to do most of the time, interspersed with small periods of rest and/or fun (with the amounts depending on each individuals specific needs).
