Americans only need to kill a couple hundred pedophiles from their own government and the entire world will be free. Without the USA empire to protect pedophiles in other countries the rest of us will be able to also kill the pedophiles in our countries. It would be a cascading effect. But it can only start with USA because USA is what protects the pedophiles
