considered cutting out caffeine tbh. seem to have really low energy through most parts of the day, still figuring it out

I feel better off caffeine. Previously very careful to not have caffeine after noon. The exception being they use caffeine medicinally to treat spinal fluid leak headaches. Knock on wood I won’t have to worry about that going forward. Side note: both caffeine and alcohol affect your intracranial pressure. That’s why a cup of coffee helps a headache from a hangover.
It's hard for me to give up coffee, but I did it. I drink a cup of matcha at lunchtime. when you give up coffee, it's always extreme at first. But after a few days it gets better and I even feel like I have more energy. But I think you have to try it a least for a month

i think drinking lots of water will help you with get the some of the caffeine out of your system. self, I only have 1 cup of tea in the morning and then I try to drink water for the rest of the day since water balance your energy level throughout the day. but I’m not entirely sure how it all works
