I see what you did and it’s appreciated 🫂🙏 And yea, there’s a few ways people make money on the big platforms. Ad revenue sharing, subscriptions (paywalled content), brand deals, selling products/merchandise, tips/gifts (most similar to zaps). Most of these have eligibility requirements, such as having a minimum number of followers or minimum number of views/impressions, before they’re available to you. Nostr’s user base being small doesn’t lend it to some of those methods, but Nostr is great for direct connection and direct support, and I also see a handful of people selling products. Subscriptions might work here as well if clients were built with appropriate features/controls.
