I don't think they are outsiders, either. I think they've been brought in by their bosses to ensure that USA inc. doesn't collapse. They will put in place reforms that will prevent this collapse, and in certain respects, those reforms (i.e. end of corruption and theft) will benefit the people more than a collapse. I still think it will take a revolution to throw off whoever is pulling their strings.
