Hey. I dont know how big is your stack but there are so much options out there. Just test it and read with care, if you have any doubt, just post it again
and be really careful with timing and utxo size / management if you're going to go through liquid, monero or LN
(make sure you come back to the main chain to a fresh wallet for example)
timing and size correlation is how they get you.
ashigaru is great if it's a not-trivial amount.
I have a brand new wallet I bought for this. I just haven't had the time to look into doing any reseach yet. I imagine I shouldn't send the same amount I receive, but send it in chunks of different values that eventually don't end up adding up to the same amount that left my original wallet.
My stack is not trivial to me, but it's not an amount that would allow me to retire.
