I guess the few times I've worked out mornings I've felt good about it, like I bought myself some time, plus I can ride the accomplishment high through my day. In practice though, evenings (more like 430 or so) just work better for me. I get my best thinking/work done in mornings, especially really early in the morning when nobody's around, and I kinda enjoy that too much to give up. Slow coffee, reading news/nostr, studying something interesting, actual paid work (sometimes)...

Agreed. Mornings are when I'm most energetic, time is precious, and it's the best time to think about and solve things I need. I like to work out in the morning on less busy days.
